About Us Dave Noble's has been selling water and snowsports gear for over 25 years. In 1983 Dave started in business making custom windsurf boards and gradually developed the watersports shop around his custom boards.
When snowboarding arrived, we sold some of the first boards in the UK and have developed the wintersports shop from there.
Dave now also runs "Noble Custom" - one of the major wholesale suppliers to the ski and snowboard trade. While the shop is run independently, it does mean that we have easy access to the huge stocks of the wholesale business, as their warehouse is just next door. It also means that we have in-depth product knowledge from that side of the business.
We have a large showroom with big stocks and knowledgeable staff. We would always rather see customers in person, but of course many people can't call in themselves. If you are ordering goods direct from the website, or by phone or email, please do ask for any advice you need. We are always happy to spend time discussing options with our customers.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by credit cards or debit cards. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU GO THROUGH THE WEBSITE ORDER PROCESS, YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE SECURELY ENCRYPTED IN OUR SOFTWARE AND PROCESSED MANUALLY IN OUR STORE.

If you would rather, you can phone the shop with card details.
We do not take payment for any item until it is ready to ship, and will contact you if there are any complications.
There will be no unexpected charges as you complete the transaction.
Shipping And Handling Free UK delivery to most areas
All web sales are sent to most UK addresses carriage free of charge.
Small items under 2kg will usually be sent via first class post.
Bigger items will be sent via our next day courier service, which is trackable.
If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us.
There are some items such as larger windsurf boards on which we may need to charge carriage. If this is the case, we will always contact you to agree before we take payment.
For some Uk areas, we get charged extra from our couriers, and we will usually have to pass on this extra charge - I guess it's part of the price you pay for living in a nice remote part of the country!

If this is the case, we will always contact you to agree cost before taking payment.

Worldwide shipping - We can arrange shipping to virtually anywhere in the world at reasonable cost. Contact us and we will give you a price and estimated delivery time.
Delivery Schedule We expect to despatch orders same day or next day and use a 24 hour delivery service. In the unlikely event the item is not in stock we will inform you. Your credit/debit card will not be debited until the goods are ready for despatch.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know how long delivery will be. In this case, you will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included. Please note all our prices include VAT. Deliveries outside UK and EC may qualify for the removal of VAT (currently 15% - due to increase to 17.5% in January 2010). If you think you may qualify for this reduction, please let us know.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you wish to return any unused goods, please return them within a 14 day period for a full refund or exchange. For larger items, please call to arrange collection. We regret we cannot refund carriage on goods incorrectly ordered.
