Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by credit cards or debit cards. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely using 128bit encryption over the Internet.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY. YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE ENCRYPTED IN OUR SOFTWARE AND PROCESSED MANUALLY IN OUR STORE. THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER WILL INCLUDE THE COST OF YOUR ITEM INCLUDING SHIPPING.
Shipping And Handling
Mainland UK Shipping
Purchases under £200 will be charged carriage, at an amount to cover our costs. Small items, up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent with a carrier. Purchases up to 10 kg will cost £10, over this it increases slightly.
Purchases over £200 will be sent to mainland UK carriage free.
Overseas delivery is possible. Small items, under 2 kg can easily be sent to most of Europe at small cost, usually under £15. Larger items we can get a quote for, please contact us if you are interested.
All items are packaged in an approprate manner with regard to what the item is and where it is going. We have over 20 years experience in this.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. If in the unlikely event the item is not in stock we will inform you . Your credit/debit card will not be debited until the goods are despatched.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Please note all our prices include VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return any unused goods, please return them within a 14 day period for a full refund or exchange. For larger items, please call to arrange collection. We regret we cannot refund carriage on goods incorrectly ordered.
