We are based next door to one of the UK's major ski and snowboard
wholesalers, so we end up with loads of their excess stock and are always
looking to clear out their over-stock. They end up with too much stock
for a variety of reasons :- Cancelled orders from retailers. Messing up their
orders from the factories and buying too much in. New models coming
out while they still have stock of the older model Etc.etc.
We also have loads of gear that has been used by the magazines for tests,
or been on display at shows etc. If we decide we need to shift stuff,
it means we are happy to sell it cheaply - often at less than cost, because
it is better for us to have a few quid and a bit of warehouse space.
This does mean there are often real bargains to be had. Everything we
sell will be new and perfect, unless it clearly states otherwise. You are
