Simmer Sails 2012
Simmer Style Black Tip Windsurfing Sail 2012
Tested and developed together with Klaas Voget the new Blacktip is even lighter up top, giving it the most feel and lightest handling in our sail line. The Blacktip offers low end efficiency allowing the rider to use a smaller sail than they would with a 5 batten design. The unique combination of handling, power and adaptability provides the platform for our top level riders to compete in top level competition.
Blacktip New for 2012:
- A lower positioned o-ring/clew to respond to a more upright sailing position seen in freestyle and multi-fin sailing.
- Lower end power for early planing, higher cut foot combined with relatively short boom for manoeuvrability.
- Reduced swing weight by using 2 MIL Q-Ply in the top.
- Two kevlar stretch control tendons for more profile stability and durability.
- Tighter batten pockets for a more precise profile stability.
Simmer Style Mission X Windsurfing Sail 2012
'Mission X' and 'Mission' have been combined to one design giving you the last line of defence in harsh situations, the most capable wave sail built yet. The 2012 Mission X is your choice when only the toughest construction will cut it. It is top level with unsurpassed down the line performance capability, there is no compromise.
Mission X New for 2012:
- Lighter sail weight with strategically positioned 2 MIL Q-Ply in the top 1/3 of the sail and all 4 MIL and 5 MIL X Ply construction in the lower sail body.
